Do I need to live in Christchurch to become a member?
Of course not! While many of our members are based in Christchurch and Canterbury, membership is open to everyone and we welcome anglers from all over New Zealand.
What types of fishing do members take part in?

Anything really! Freshwater, saltwater, fly fishing, jigging, baiting, luring, surf casting, onshore, offshore. Whether you’re new to fishing or experienced, there’s something for everyone.
Where are your club meetings held?
Where are your club meetings held?
Our monthly meetings are usually held at Fish & Game, 595 John Road, Christchurch, on the last Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm. Each meeting features guest speakers and social catch-ups.

We have an amazing bach located at Oaro, just 20 minutes away from Kaikoura. It is a comfortable and well-equipped base for all your fishing needs. Check out our amazing bach here
What types of memberships are there?
What types of memberships are there?
We offer three main types:
Senior - Aged 13 years or older.
Family - Married, de facto or long term relationship plus children up to and including 12 years.
Junior - Anyone up to and including 12 years

Senior - $140/year
Family - $160/year
